Welcome to the adventures of a 26 year old Jew from New Jersey on an honest quest around the world to find purpose. I think of my those who inspire me— Ed Viesturs, Tori Murden McClure, Bob Dylan, Rick Ridgeway, Mark Twight— and imagine how many more people they could have helped if the world had access to their journals as they wrote them in real time.

In the last 12 months, I’ve skied volcanoes in the Pacific Northwest, taught rock climbing to teenagers in Alaska, gotten fired from my job as a software engineer at Amazon, done street dance performance in NYC, and run 1500 miles around Western Canada in the winter with skis. Now, I’m running to only public Children’s Hospital in East Africa.
